My thank you letter to Mt Roskill Intemediate

This is a letter for Mt Roskill Intermediate for inviting us to there production.

My report for my Cross country

My Cross country training went tremendously... AWFUL!!! Because every time we do Cross country I always get tired and I stop halfway, in fact not even halfway I already stopped and then I can’t even beat my best time not even 1 second faster than my best time. When I came to try out for the 2 lappers I either come last or 2 and 3 to last. The people that always come first or 3rd and 2nd is Hanok, Seo Ram and Abdullah. When I was doing one lap, that is when I had my best time 8 mins and 58 seconds then I could not beat it anymore, well only once but I cheated I tried for 2 laps and I did 1 lap. The last time I tried out for the 2 laps I actually done it but I lost all my energy and I couldn’t play that much.

My quick write about the lady with the anoying axe and the coconut

This story you might find it funny. In the beautiful island of Samoa a lady from Ireland was so angry because she was lost in the forest. After 5 hours of searching for a city she got hungry. Suddenly she found a talking axe it was gold. When the lady threw her in the woods the lady was trying to hit the coconut tree and she missed. After a 1 hour walk the axe found the lady and she was drinking a coconut juice under a coconut tree. Suddenly the lady got up to have a stretch, she fell when she went back, hit the coconut tree and a coconut fell on When she got up she was so angry she threw the axe to the tree and it bounced back to her and she ran for her life and after 2 mins of running she was rolling down a very steep hill of Apia and she found the airport but then she still missed her flight to New Zealand.

My speech

My speech About computer is very long 6min and 36secs Why we should have computer Computer. Everyone needs computer, like airplanes they can fly by itself using computer, banks to check how much money they've got and others to complete their task fast and easy because computer is a really helpful technology and awesome invention to have especially for kids this days. Who and When were computer made? The Computer is one of the best invention of mankind. The first computer resembling today's modern machines was the Analytical Engine, a device conceived and designed by British mathematician Charles Babbage between 1833 and 1871. Charles Babbage is probably a very smart person and also a hard working man because if he did not live we will be probably still using pencil and paper. With the help of Charles Babbage he had made our lives even easier. The invention of Charles Babbage was modified and refined by other people thats why we have now the personal computers and laptops. The first laptop or portable computer The IBM 5100 is the first portable computer, which was released on September 1975. An IBM 5100 cost around $19,975 which is really expensive. And I believe that Ibm 5100 is not the first computer but it is the first portable computer. The first truly portable computer or laptop is considered to be the Osborne , which was released on April 1981 and developed by Adam Osborne. The Osborn weight about 24.5 pounds. On 1994 IBM introduced the IBM ThinkPad 775CD, the first notebook with an integrated CD-ROM. A 775CD is not a built in CD inserter like this days it is connected to the IBM 5100. You will still see the 775CD inserter these days. Computer is very useful technology. That is why May Road School created digital class for us to learn more about this technology and prepare us for the future. We are so lucky. My argument is that adults and kids should learn how to use computer and every family in New Zealand should have computer in their houses because computer can do a lot of things in many different ways. Like if you have family in another country you can still talk to them and see them without wasting money, just use skype and in no time you will be talking to them as if you were just beside them. If you want to know something you don’t need to go to the library, just open your computer and search whatever information you need and just a flick of an eye you will have all the information you need. these are the few things that a computer can do so reckon computer is a must in every home. I strongly believe that everyone should have a computer or the people that can’t afford to buy one the prime minister or the government should give them computers. Because Charles Babbage did not make computers for nothing he thought about it and he worked hard for it. He was born to help people making their and your lives easier in the future. Thats why we should have computers around everywhere to make our lives easier. We are so lucky that computer is available these days, if we don’t have computer the earth will be in total mess because most people rely on computers. So if you guys have computers at home thats is so great and it can be really helpful to your lives. So if you guys go to computer store, like harvey norman or other places to buy a computer it does not have to be a really fancy one as long as it is working that’s awesome because not all of the people in the world have a chance to use computer like in my country only people that are rich can afford to buy a computer. That is why I chose this topic to convince you people to have computers around your houses . Thank you

The best time with Wesley Intermediate School :)

The camp of 2014

This is the most memorable thing I have ever done at school. camp 2014 The most memorable thing I did this year in camp. Water slide. The water slide was the most fantastic thing ever but the bad thing was going all the way up because it was so hot and the water was cold. Bike riding. Bike riding was so cool but I didn't like the grass because it was so hard to ride on and the bikes were quit too big for me. Rock Climbing. I liked thee Rock Climbing but sometimes I don't like it because if my arms are really sore then I would say I want to come down. I tried rock climbing several times but then I keep getting scared and I might fall down probably 30m down . The Burma trail was so scary when I heard noises I got creeped out when someone touched me on the on the shoulder. After getting at the end of the Burma trail Mr Stuarts came and scared us. Sleeping When I was sleeping I felt sad because I didn't like sleeping without my mum & my dad especially without my teddy, because he keeps me away from bad dreams. Last day of camp On the last day of camp the whole Kauri team went to the beach for a walk it was okay but I didn't like the mud getting on my shoes and when we got back to the campsite we had something to eat then after that we had free time. Just playing on the field next to the boy’s campsite. Then we had to take a photo before we left the camp to make sure that we do not forget the 2014 camp. When the bus arrived we got our bags and put it on the bus and then we went back to school.

The KFC and Snow White

THE KFC and snow white This story is about snow white and how she slept for a long long time only KFC is related to it. Snow white was walking around the forest and suddenly she felt hungry. Luckily she saw a KFC factory. When she came inside of the factory someone offered her a free bucket of KFC and the person that offered her said “Eat all you can my lady” and Snow White fell in love with the guy. Out of nowhere a chicken appeared and gave Snow White a heart attack. After 5 hours the prince (the guy who offered her a free bucket of KFC) gave Snow white a chicken and kissed her in the face. Snow White became the owner of the KFC factory after 2 months and 5 days. THE END
